Wilson King was a young man with an eye for adventure. He traveled Australia with nothing more than a motorcycle he pieced together and an oil skin duster. King returned to his home state of Pennselvaynia, taking his duster on a horseback ride, was surprised at how dry he was despite the rain.

A few calls, an order shipped from Australia and King was in business selling oil skins out of the back of his Jeep Wagoneer!
